Lacey Powers’ tenure in the patient recruitment and retention field spans many therapeutic areas including neurology, cardiology, gastroenterology, orthopaedic surgery, and pulmonology. Prior to joining DAC, she had already amassed considerable real-world industry experience, serving as both a study coordinator and clinical site manager at the U.S. Veterans’ Administration. Her experience in a large hospital facility provided a strong knowledge base regarding communicating interdepartmentally, building relationships and expanding study awareness. Powers is an integral member of the project operations team at DAC and excels due to her proactive project management approach and superior customer service.
